  • Item Information: To provide our service, we store details you provide about your belongings, such as item names, categories, and descriptions.
  • Location Data: When a Finder scans your QR code, we may collect their approximate location (via IP address) with their explicit permission to notify you of where your item was found.
  • Log Data: We automatically collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website, including your IP address and browser type.

III. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. To provide a functional and secure service, we share necessary information with the following Data Processors:

  • Infrastructure and Database: Supabase (for secure authentication and data storage).
  • Payment Processing: Razorpay (to process upgrades). We do not store or see your credit card or bank details.
  • Communications: Resend (to send transactional emails, alerts, and plan expiration notices).

IV. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your Profile settings.

V. Global Compliance

While we are based in India, we provide data protection rights (access, correction, and deletion) to all our users globally. We aim to adhere to high standards of data privacy, including the principles found in the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
