Terms of Service

I. Agreement to Terms

By using Qroly (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

II. Service Description and Tiers

Qroly provides a platform to generate and manage QR codes for personal items. The service is offered in four tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited to 2 active QR codes.
• Premium: Annual subscription with expanded limits.
• Trip Pass: A 15-day temporary upgrade.
• Travel Pass: A 30-day temporary upgrade.
• Plan Expiration: For the Trip and Travel Passes, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan upon the conclusion of the 15 or 30-day period. Any items exceeding the Free limit may be deactivated until a new pass is acquired.

III. Payments and Refunds

All payments are handled securely via Razorpay. Due to the nature of digital Passes, all purchases are final. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

IV. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering items.
• You are prohibited from using the Service for illegal tracking, stalking, or harassment.
• You understand that Qroly is a tool to facilitate contact between finders and owners; we do not guarantee the recovery of any lost item.

V. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qroly shall not be liable for any loss of property, data, or profits resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

VI. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
